The viral trend is now also with us! A magical “bento cake box” with a self-designed mini cake and three cupcakes to decorate is waiting for you.
This course focuses on making fillings and decorating cakes and cupcakes. That is why we have already pre-baked the biscuit bases (12 cm) and cupcakes without the hood so that we can concentrate fully on filling and decorating.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a delicious aperitif (either with or without alcohol)
- Getting to know each other and getting together
- Producing creams and fillings together
- Filling and coating the cake: various filling options with chocolate and fruit
- Decorate cake and cupcakes at our spacious table, with
- Fresh flowers
