As a nutrition teacher, pastry chef and aspiring herbal teacher, I can draw on a wealth of experience in handling food. I also love teaching; currently at HLW23 and at the Vienna University of Teacher Education.
My passion is to produce precious foods that are produced honestly and fairly. In doing so, contact with the producers is important to me. All local ingredients such as herbs, honey, flour, vinegar, etc. are from local suppliers. I buy seasonal tropical fruits from Spain, Italy and France directly from farmers who are certified organic or Demeter. Only individual staple foods such as salt and sugar are — at least still — purchased from wholesalers. Since you can't miss out on the eye, stylish packaging (made in Austria) is important to me. And because sharing knowledge and experience increases, I offer herbal workshops in Laxenburg Castle Park. The treasures of nature are examined closely and products are made from them in the middle of the park.
I'm looking forward to many new contacts!
