A cooking class for anyone interested in healthy eating and many aspects of Ayurveda. Brigitte has a lot of detailed knowledge and the cooking course is very well structured. We had a very good time, lots of fun and finally ate delicious food. Thank you for a lovely day.

Get to know Bio-Kochschule Brigitte Karbe

Since my childhood, nature and its flora and fauna have sparked my inner interest. Even as a child, I loved going on trips to fields and forests with the family. There I gradually identified the plants, researched their effects and produced the first aroma care products.

In 1991, after three years of all-day training as a naturopath, I obtained an official medical license. In the following years, I intensively trained myself in classical homeopathy, including from Georges Vithoulkas and Nandita Shah.

In 2012, my dream came true: I founded my own organic cooking school for western and Ayurvedic cuisine in Berlin-Kladow. In the adjacent natural garden, we plant and harvest various (wild) herbs such as Barbara cress, vineyard garlic and wild carrots. You will experience the application, taste and effect directly in the cooking classes while preparing and tasting the food together.
