Day seminar — vegetarian, gluten-free and festive
In this cooking class, you will learn the practical basics of fine Ayurvedic festive cuisine. You will learn how different spices work. Together, we will put together a masala (Ayurvedic spice mix) and an invigorating Ayurvedic winter tea. You will also learn to make Indian cheese with selected buyers and a vegetable dal yourself.

What you’ll do in the class
In this cooking class, we will prepare a delicious Ayurvedic dish. You will learn how to make an aromatic palak panir (spinach with cheese) yourself with herbs and spices. There is also an aromatic dal, a fruity chutney and a scented rice with saffron. Indian spiced tea is served with it. As a sweet treat, there is a surprise dessert. Look forward to this festive treat!
