Made from 125 g fresh basil, oregano, rosemary, sage and thyme, cold-extracted and embedded in extra virgin, cold-pressed canola oil. The rich color comes from dissolved chlorophyll — the taste is a powerful herbal explosion. Perfect for salad dressings, marinades, yoghurt or as a finish for meat & fish. 100% natural. Not distilled — therefore more complex, aromatic and closer to the plant.

Basil oil — by Sascha Stemberg

An oil that smells like freshly picked basil — green, soft and full.

Made from 125 g fresh basil, gently cold extracted and collected in virgin canola oil. Here, too, the natural leaf chlorophyll provides its soft green color. Ideal with tomato mozzarella, pasta & pizza, salads, meat or fish. Thanks to artisanal cold pressing, it has a natural variety of aromas that no distilled oil achieves. A seasonal, exclusive product in limited quantities.

Lemongrass, Lime, Orange Olive Oil — by Sascha Stemberg
