Let yourself be carried away into the world of chocolate... But what would a chocolate seminar be without sensory pleasure? You will explore the taste nuances of high-quality white, whole milk and dark chocolate coating under expert guidance.
Each participant receives a chocolate treasure chest filled with exquisite chocolate chips to experience and enjoy. Look forward to an enjoyable seminar that is sure to make all your chocolate dreams come true! The chocolate tasting is not a sales seminar!
My aim is not to sell chocolate, but to introduce you to the philosophy of chocolate. See, smell and taste chocolate. Other topics that we will address in the seminar include:
- Why do we eat so much chocolate at once?
- Cocoa farming, roasting and conching (film documentary)
- How are chocolate bars made? (film documentary)
- What does the raw cocoa fruit taste like?
- Contents of chocolate, what do they mean?
- Get to know the difference in taste of high-quality chocolates

What to bring to the class
- The product box with all chocolates that are tasted
- a good internet connection
- peace and quiet so that you can enjoy the tasting
- under 16 years of age with legal guardian - powerful WLAN or LAN - Computer possibly with webcam including microphone (not absolutely necessary) also mobile phone possible
What is included in the class?
- Chocolate treasure chest filled with 15 different chocolate chips, fresh cocoa fruit seeds, fried grasshopper, bowl with sugar cubes, table decoration sheet and an information sheet about allergens: even in traces: nuts, nuts, gluten, lupine, milk, soy, sulfites
- Attendance certificate and course summary
