What you’ll do in the class

The 4-hour cooking class in Berlin will give you an introduction to the world of sauces. You will prepare various dishes together.

  • First, you'll get an introduction to the world of sauces.
  • You can then start preparing delicious sauces yourself
    • Poultry stock
    • Velvet Veloute (white, light base sauce)
    • Dark Jus
    • Bernaise sauce
    • vanilla tonka bean sauce
  • Enjoy your sauces in conjunction with a menu (seasonal variations possible):
    • Veloute soup with homemade chicken stock and various herbs
    • with freshly baked focaccia
    • Beef steak with homemade jus, rosemary bernaise, green beans, potatoes and bernaise sauce
    • Chocolate cake with liquid core and vanilla sauce
  • Finally, you will taste your creations together.

Generally relaxed atmosphere with a small number of people. Get lots of knowledge/tips. Everything tasted very good. Unfortunately a bit hectic on the part of the chef towards the end of the course (time management?). Incidentally, the reception of participants could also be a bit more professional.
