About this class

Let's go to Vietnam, take part in the online Vietnamese street food cooking class! I'll show you how to cook authentic Vietnamese, easy at home, just as delicious as with your favorite Vietnamese. In my courses, I'll show you different dishes:

If you like bread, you'll love crispy Vietnamese baguette “Banh Mi”. Freshly baked baguette, with pickled vegetables or meat and a great sauce - it tastes super delicious!

Or do you prefer to cook the national soup from Vietnam Pho? We will cook a spicy broth with rice noodles and the perfect soup seasoning together. I'll explain to you how to use Vietnamese ingredients such as Thai basil, fish sauce or palm sugar correctly.

We cook these dishes:

Banh Mi - May 17 and October 3, 2025

  • Crunchy Asian baguette
  • Sweet and sour pickled vegetables
  • Vietnam BBQ or veggies

Pho - April 25 and November 22, 2025

  • The most popular soup from Vietnam - with meat or vegetarian
  • Vietnamese summer rolls with spicy lime sauce
