What to expect from a cooking class in Wiesbaden:
Large portions of meat, such as in a Greek restaurant, are not common in my home country, Greece.
According to Greek tradition, a lot of cooking is done with vegetables. We mainly eat vegetables. My grandma, for example, lived vegan-vegetarian around a third of the year due to her faith and the fasting periods of the Greek Orthodox Church.
For example, we prepare chickpeas and broad beans with chorta, (herbs) plus a fresh farmer's salad with feta, paprika and feta cream, coloci steeds, zucchini meatballs, with a feta and a humus dip.
