At our guided team building events, we usually cook a four-course meal together.
This gives you enough time to talk and laugh. Everyone can contribute as much as they want. Enjoying the four courses of meals together is the goal and reward for everyone. Rental aprons are available. You will receive the recipes digitally after the cooking event.
The price shown is a price per person including VAT for a group size of up to 10 people. All other prices are tiered prices. We would be happy to provide you with an individual offer on request.
The services included in the price can be found below. Additionally possible:
- Projector usage at 60.00€ incl. VAT
- Late check-out (room use after the event up to 6:00 in the morning) at a flat rate of 150.00€ including VAT (plus drinks)
- Photo documentation at 120,00€ including VAT (including at least 100 digital photos for download)
- Table linen based on expenses (cleaning fee)
How does this activity work?
We will be waiting for you on the agreed date with an aperitif and some “amuse bouches”.
We get to know each other over an aperitif and Claude, our French chef, explains the coordinated seasonal menu to you. Teams are then drawn and it's off to the cutting boards. For approx. 1.5 to 2 hours, everyone works in a lively working atmosphere around our large cooking island.
We only process high-quality, fresh products. Of course, we will also provide alternatives for intolerances and vegetarian options upon prior arrangement. Claude coaches every team of chefs and even saves things that you don't immediately succeed in. That happens when one or the other glass of wine has been tasted!
When the first course is done, you all go to the table and enjoy the work of the first team. Good opportunity to give each other feedback and to try out how our French wines (red, white, rosé) go well with food.
The package includes at least half a bottle per person. If you drink more, you will be charged additionally. Unlimited beer (including non-alcoholic beverages), cola, juices, water and coffee specialties are also available.
After the first course, it's back to the stove to finish the next course. This is how enjoyment and cooking fun always alternate over the evening. After four to five hours (depending on the size of the group and your commitment), you will finish the menu relaxed with an espresso and in good company.
We are now making sure that the kitchen is clean again.
