Immerse yourself in the world of aromas between the Orient and the high mountains! In our Caucasian-Oriental cooking class, we take you on a culinary journey through Georgia and Armenia — countries where hospitality is a top priority and spices, herbs and nuts form a magical combination.

Together we cook hearty classics and sweet temptations, discover the art of filling, wrapping and braising, and conjure up dishes that taste of sun, stone oven and tradition. Whether it's spicy chicken in garlic cream, cheesy khachapuri or grape-sweet dessert — this evening is a feast for all senses.

Perfect for anyone in the mood for new taste experiences, culture and a passion for cooking!

Caucasus menu:

🥟 Khachapuri — freshly baked, golden brown flatbread filled with a creamy and spicy cheese mix — crispy on the outside, hearty on the inside

🥗 Georgian tomato and cucumber salad with walnuts — crunchy vegetables, refined with an intensive walnut dressing and fresh herbs — a true classic from Georgian summer cuisine.

🍆 Stuffed eggplant rolls — delicately fried, filled with an aromatic walnut-herb paste and finished with pomegranate seeds — a vegetarian highlight full of depth.

🍗 Shkmeruli — tender-braised chicken in a creamy garlic cream sauce, served with mchadi (cornbread) on fragrant rice — comfort food in Caucasian.

🍇 Pelamushi — velvety grape pudding made from homemade grape juice, topped with caramelized walnuts — fruity, sweet, irresistible
