Class description
Boxing is an excellent basis for almost all martial arts. In our boxing course for beginners in Dortmund, you will set the basis for Thai boxing, MMA and Krav Maga. Good boxing technique gives you great advantages in all martial arts, especially for self-defense! In addition, the fitness aspect is very high, as boxing is an effective fitness workout and burns a lot of calories.
