What can you expect at our wine and cheese tasting in Hamburg?
Go on a culinary journey with us! We present you the delicacies of the best Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Dutch and many other European cheese productions. Experience classic and surprising combinations. Discover new types of cheese and wine and experience how delicious the right combination can be.
How does wine and cheese tasting work?
In the course of the tasting, we will try two wines together with each cheese, describe and evaluate the combination, as well as the taste effect of cheese on wine.
The wines (white and red) come from European wine-growing regions. We delightfully work out the rules of delicatessen for combining cheese and wine. The extensive and exciting sample is complemented by interesting training about cheese and wine.
