About this class

Relaxation in nature — wellness for body & soul

Treat yourself to a special break and leave the stressful everyday life behind. Take time to stroll and experience nature mindfully. In the forest, you can recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries. Let the calming colors and sounds of the forest work on you. Awaken your senses, enjoy the natural environment and treat yourself to three hours of wellness for body and soul. The healing messenger substances in trees, which you breathe in while bathing in the forest, strengthen your immune system. Enjoy the forest atmosphere and pamper yourself with gentle breathing and relaxation exercises. Forest bathing is great for preparing for a night's rest and can promote a good night's sleep when used regularly.
