Experience the art of making ramen in the coolest interactive cooking studio in Berlin!
Learn how to make delicious ramen and crunchy gyoza yourself — with authentic ingredients and under the guidance of Naoko Yasuda. In this course, we prepare traditional shoyu ramen together, including the basic aromatic soup. There are also handmade gyoza, which you fold and fry yourself.
Look forward to an interactive cooking experience where you not only master classic recipes, but also dive into Japanese food culture. At the end, we enjoy the freshly prepared delicacies together.
