About this class
Experience the art of making ramen in the interactive cooking studio in Berlin.
Learn to make delicious ramen and crispy gyoza yourself 6ndash; with authentic ingredients and under the guidance of Naoko Yasuda. In this course, you will prepare traditional shoyu ramen together, including the basic aromatic soup. There are also handmade gyoza, which you fold and fry yourself.
Look forward to an interactive cooking experience where you not only master classic recipes, but also dive into Japanese food culture. At the end, enjoy the freshly prepared delicacies together.
