What you’ll do in the class
After the welcome, we will focus on the ingredients. The right selection of fish and rice is crucial for success and taste. That's when the most exciting part begins: After filleting the fish and cooking the original Japanese rice (japonica), we select the appropriate ingredients together. Then we start preparing maki.
At the end of the course, we will taste the delicacies prepared together in a friendly atmosphere.
