A cooking class for everyone who loves German cuisine — and wants to surprise.
Tradition and innovation meet at the stove: In this seasonal cooking class, we bring familiar ingredients from home to new light up. We bake, pickle, ferment and combine wild herbs with ancient grains, fish with wild garlic, deer with truffle oil — depending on the season, we create our very own 7-course menu.
Whether spring or winter: We cook with whatever fields, forests and markets give away — always regionally, creatively and with lots of craftsmanship.
