Pastart — The pasta cooking class in the Allgäu region. Pasta is real soul food! It is especially delicious when it is homemade. There is a wide variety of pasta varieties in Italy: Anelli, Bavette, Creste di Gallo, Farfalle, Garganelli, Gnochetti, Lasagnette, Macheron, Orecchiette, Pappardelle, Pasta Integrale, Ricciolo, Sedanini, Strozzapreti and Tortiglioni. One secret of the perfect pasta lies in choosing the right type of pasta for each type of sugo. You'll taste the difference. In my cooking class, we make homemade pasta dough and various types of pasta together. We also cook various sauces and pesto and then enjoy together.
