What is behind the online course: Make your own ice cream + 30 recipes?
It's getting hot, there's ice cream:)
In my recipes, you'll find 30 different ice cream recipes plus additional recipes such as cheesecake and brownie.
Of course, I tried out all types of ice cream myself and found them absolutely delicious!

In the video I will not show you all types, but only examples of how to work and what needs to be considered.
You can make all 30 recipes without an ice cream maker and the unusual ingredients.
You will also receive a detailed ice cream information list that explains everything about the world of ice cream.
How will the course work?
The exact recipe will be sent to you by email in advance. We then meet via Zoom to bake, decorate and create together.
To participate, you need the software/app Zoom and a free account there. Zoom is a virtual space that anyone who has a laptop/tablet/mobile phone and of course an Internet connection can enter. As well as the associated link with password.
With the link and password, I can serve. You can take care of everything else.
What you’ll do in the class
We meet online and I tell you a lot about ice cream. Of course, we also make ice cream ourselves and could snack on during the course:)
