Everyone's been talking about street food for years and you can take that literally! In this course, I will guide you through the easy preparation of the 3 Asian delicacies such as spring rolls, the popular satay skewers with peanut sauce and the spicy pad gaprao enjoyed in small bites from a lettuce leaf.

What to bring?
Lots of good humor and of course all the ingredients on the shopping list. The course takes place on Zoom. Zoom is available for many platforms (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android). An internet-enabled device with zoom is required to take part in the course. A camera or microphone is recommended but not necessary.
