About this class
These small works of art are perfect as an individual gift or as a sweet treat between meals! In this course, you will learn how to create creative mini cakes from simple ingredients that not only look great but also taste really good.
What can you expect?
In 2.5 to 3 hours, you and I will create 2-3 irresistible flavors that give your bento cakes that certain something:
Vanilla raspberry — fluffy vanilla cake with fruity raspberry core chocolate caramel
kick — juicy chocolate dough and liquid caramel as a centerpiece
lemon matcha dream — a sparkling lemon dough refined with mild matcha coconut passion fruit exotic — tropical aroma that takes you away to faraway beaches almond cherry tonka — crispy almonds refined with cherry Filling and a touch of tonka
Regardless of whether you are a novice or a baking professional — the focus here is on fun and your creativity can flow freely. At the end of the course, you'll take home 2-3 of these sweet bento cakes, perfect as gifts or simply to snack on!
What you’ll do in the class
You get the recipe in advance and pre-bake the bases. In the course, we make everything else and put the cake together and decorate it.
The recipe says exactly how you bake the cake base.
I'll show you how to make delicious fillings and create a super cute cake.
