We work with fresh, carefully selected ingredients and learn authentic techniques — from the right type of rice to the perfect Socarrat crust.

The menu includes:

  • Paella Valenciana — the heart of Valencia
  • Fideuá de marisco y bacalao — Mediterranean pasta specialty with seafood and cod
  • Arroz con chuletón a llauna y salsa de mostaza — hearty rice dish with beef cutlet
