Advent is actually a time of reflection, but for many it means stress and hustle and bustle. Buying gifts, preparing family visits, preparing annual financial statements and much more are on the agenda.

The “Serenity in Advent” workshop in Aachen offers you the opportunity to create islands of peace and to deal consciously with stress factors. In a trusting atmosphere, you will learn to identify your main stressors and develop strategies to go through the pre-Christmas period more calmly.

  • What are your main stressors and how could you face them more calmly during this Advent season?
  • Can some of them be avoided or “mitigated” in advance?
  • How have you dealt with stressful situations in the past and what did you do to (not) turn out well?

Enjoy a morning full of relaxation, exchange and practical exercises that will help you make the Advent season more relaxed.
