In a direct comparison, we try different pieces of beef and pork and can experience for ourselves how breed, husbandry and maturing processes affect taste.

Find out first-hand which characteristic properties the various cuts reveal and what effects they have on preparation and taste. The culinary highlight of the evening is achieved with the tasting of an original Wagyu steak from farmer Möbius. This beef is considered by connoisseurs to be the best in the world.
