In this course, we dive into the fascinating world of puff pastry together. If you've always wondered exactly what puff pastry actually is, how it works and what you can do with it, you've come to the right place.
First, let's clarify the basics: What ingredients do you need? How is the typical layering in dough created? And what actually distinguishes classic puff pastry from crock pastry?
We also talk about various manufacturing methods — from the traditional German version to more modern approaches. And the best part: You make your own puff pastry yourself step by step! You will receive lots of practical tips so that you can make the dough safely even at home.
In the second part of the course, we will focus on creative options for further processing: How can you form, cut and fill puff pastry? I'll show you both sweet and savory ideas that you can implement right away.
