Today it's all about beef — I'll make you a red meat pro with practical tips and exercises.

In the course, you will learn:

  • Beef steaks — from ribeye to flank steak: Perfect techniques for sautéing, grilling and cooking to make them just the way you like them.
  • Brisket, pork chop or knuckle: How to perfectly braise and fry the tougher cuts for tender, juicy beef.
  • Minced meat in all variants: irresistible burgers, juicy meatballs and more.

After the work is done, we try the prepared meat dishes together and enjoy them with suitable side dishes. And how about a glass of wine?
