Class description

If you want to learn how to make Italian pasta, this workshop is the right place for you. Because the focus is on Italy's world-famous pasta specialities. Michael has dedicated himself to pasta making with great dedication and in this workshop shares his knowledge and the best tips for success in the household.


We show how a variety of shapes can be created without much effort and accessories. We form classic southern Italian durum wheat noodles such as Orechiette, Strozapretti, Farfalle, Foglie d'ulivo and Cavatelli and cut wafer-thin tagliatelle by hand. Ravioli, tortellini, cappeletti and agnioletti are formed and filled from typical northern Italian egg pasta. The finest Italian flours from a small Piedmontese water mill are used for this. All ravioli and tortellini are filled seasonally and tasted as part of the course. After the course, each participant takes home their homemade durum wheat pasta specialties. (We provide the container for this)
