In this course, we bake a fluffy, shiny golden striezel, practice the flat and high four-strand braid and show braids for small pastries. A workshop in which we give newcomers the best tips on how to make yeast dough perfectly at home without much effort and in which we show advanced users how versatile and versatile a simple yeast dough recipe is. Since yeast doughs made from spelt flour are always in demand, we will also show how they are made in the workshop.
