How does this activity work?
Over the 8 weeks of the course, you will specifically practice mindfulness and really bring it into your everyday life. The Living Mindfulness Method combines many elements of programs and methods that have been recognized over many years:
- MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction): mindfulness-based stress reduction
- MSC (mindful self-compassion): mindful self-compassion
- MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy): mindfulness-based cognitive therapy
The added value of Living Mindfulness lies primarily in the fact that it is specifically designed for people who have very little time in everyday life to establish a mindfulness practice.
The positive effect of mindfulness on stress management has been well researched scientifically. The course concept was developed with Techniker Krankenkasse & scientifically investigated by the University of Cologne. I want to help you make your everyday life easier again. Over time, you will feel more joy, relaxation and lightness!
Here's how it works:

✓ Keynote speeches on the topics of stress, feelings, communication, compassion and self-worth
✓ Weekly accompanying handouts with all course content
✓ Free preliminary talk
✓ Exchange of experiences in a small group
✓ Reflection exercises for integration into everyday life
✓ Guided meditations & perception exercises
In the periods between appointments, you will be provided with reflection exercises and easy-to-implement everyday tasks. The daily time required for meditation exercises is 1 x 12 and 3 x 3 minutes and is therefore manageable, which makes it easier to integrate your mindfulness practice into everyday life in the long term.
