We received a friendly welcome and, thanks to his humor, our course instructor Alexander knew how to quickly resolve the participants' initial reluctance, including asking about vegetarians and taking them into account. You learned a lot about the basics of making sushi and the homemade maki and sashimi tasted almost like in a Japanese restaurant. We will probably also book the announced advanced course.
