YAVO: Yoga and art events

We are Zita and Pia — friends, founders and the creative minds behind YAVO Yoga & Art Events. Our shared vision: to inspire people through the combination of yoga and art and to give them a creative break from everyday life. Our passion for yoga and art has been with us for a long time. While Pia contributes her expertise as a yoga teacher, Zita is responsible for the artistic area. Together, we have developed an event format that brings body and mind into harmony and creates space for personal development.

Our events take place in carefully selected yoga studios and pop-up locations in Hamburg and Düsseldorf. The spaces offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and creativity. Depending on the location, we can welcome groups of up to 25 people. For private and team events, we adjust the location size individually to ensure a tailor-made experience.

Our workshops combine guided meditation, gentle yoga flows, and creative painting sessions with acrylic paints. The focus is on the experience: Each participant creates their own abstract work of art and takes home not only a picture, but also a sense of inner peace and satisfaction. It is particularly important to us that no previous knowledge is required. Our motto is: “Come as you are.” Everyone is welcome regardless of experience or background.

Team events & private events: We offer tailor-made private events for companies, bachelor parties (JGA) and other group events. Our combination of yoga and art not only promotes relaxation, but also team spirit and creativity. An example: For the Migasa GmbH & Co. KG team, we conducted a two-hour workshop with over 70 participants, which served as a creative balance after an intensive workshop day. Our events offer groups the opportunity to gain new experiences together, exchange ideas and grow as a team.
