The course is for everyone who takes their health into their own hands. Thore is a great host and course instructor who is happy to answer every question and give good tips. Not only did we have a fun evening, we also learned a lot and will now start fermenting ourselves. Gaining knowledge this way is much faster than through books or videos and is also much more fun! Get to know Thore Hildebrandt

I am a trained banker, passionate cyclist and vegan chef from Berlin. I gave up my banking career in 2016 to find myself in a Buddhist monastery and while traveling and to rediscover my passion for cooking. After that, I changed my lifestyle. Since then, I have rediscovered the world and got to know it in a completely different way, and I incorporate this knowledge into my cooking experiences.
