It was a great evening, small group, family atmosphere in cute rooms. Almost inexhaustible knowledge at Lars, every question answered comprehensively. Great advice based on the personal preferences of each individual participant. We had the opportunity to put together our tasting (gin, rum or whiskey) ourselves (with the help of Lars;)) and on top of that, we had the opportunity to order delicious food from the Italian restaurant next door. In a good mood and a bit carried away, we made our way home happy.

Instructor (bartender) was super personable and authentic. Location was small and nice. It was very practical (little theory), sometimes a bit disorganized (“Where is the mint now, the juice...”), the only negative: no water provided. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a convivial evening with good cocktails.

It was a wonderful evening in a great atmosphere. We were a small family group so that a warm atmosphere was created. Lars the course instructor was an almost inexhaustible source of knowledge. You could feel the joy and passion that is inherent in this man. All in all, a successful evening that was a lot of fun and expanded my knowledge of whiskey. Thanks Lars, it's best to leave everything as it is, because it was perfect that way.

Very nice owners and a great trainer, we had a lot of fun and were also able to try out a lot of things under guidance, an all-round successful evening for me and my girlfriend, I would recommend it to others at any time!

Very friendly course instructor. Great atmosphere and cozy ambiance. The wines tasted were presented in an exemplary manner and fortunately they were not the standard wines often offered otherwise. A successful evening all round.

The course was very well organized. In addition to a bit of theory, you could make various cocktails yourself and then drink them of course. The evening was well-designed all round and I can only recommend the course.

Lars is really familiar with the spirits sector and is likeable about it. Here are good tips and really good tips that you can rely on.

A 4-hour whiskey tasting and the time flew by in no time! After an introduction, you could put together your own tasting and choose between whisky/gin/rum. Harmonious little group and Lars accompanied us excellently through the evening! Happy to find you again and soon at Ballindamm.

Lars met the owner at the trade fair in Erfurt and it was immediately apparent that this man was passionate about what he does. Great advice and got to know great rums and now you're a regular customer and when it's convenient, he even brings you the order in person. More is not possible. But there's finally a tasting in the Nest next.:)

Lars is a great owner. We went to cocktail class here. Very nice atmosphere, great people and Fabi was a great baarkeeper. The selection of spirits is also huge and great advice. 11/10, I can only recommend to everyone!!

We had booked a tasting. Everyone was able to choose their personal six spirits. It was wonderfully organized and our host guided us through the evening with his great expertise. Next time we might book the cocktail class!? I'd love to go back!

Accidentally stumbled upon the small shop in Grindel. Great and heartfelt advice, as well as a huge selection of gin, rum and whiskies. I was looking for a whiskey, which I also received. I felt immediately welcomed and am impressed. This was not the last visit here and is highly recommended.

A little gem - great shop! I had the perfect birthday at “The Nest” - a thousand thanks to Lars (Liquorland), Uli (professionally and charmingly introduced us to the art of cocktail mixing) and the Terzetto restaurant (for the delicious food). We had a lot of fun, learned new things, drank delicious cocktails and didn't notice how time flew by. Lars is the best host - uncomplicated and friendly. It couldn't be better, so we will definitely come back to Liquorland!

Lars is super open and funny, the location is simply a dream and the cocktails were high-quality and delicious. You have the feeling that you are in another world. We went to a cocktail class with Lars - because it was so good, it is very important to me to leave a great review! The atmosphere was great & we had a wonderful evening. We were there with 11 people, the course included 4 cocktails, which we mixed together with a bartender. The cocktails tasted great, the ingredients were of high quality, and we also learned a bit - but not in such a way that it was too much information either. The process was such that 2 of us always mixed cocktails while the rest could snack at a large table. So the atmosphere was very relaxed and you had enough time to enjoy your cocktails. We particularly liked the fact that we were able to combine our own music with the sound books and continue dancing there even after the class. We had Liquorland virtually to ourselves all evening. We were there as a group for a (booked) evening under the motto “alcohol test” We really had a great evening and a great selection of different types of alcohol. We received the food from the restaurant next door (Ristorante Terzetto). The shop owner (Lars) guides everyone through a good selection of various types of alcohol with lots of humor, charm and expertise. Your own taste is always in the foreground. Each of us took something new home with us, thanks to the good recommendation (s). The price/performance ratio is justified. A toilet is on site. Good public transport connections.

A great shop and Lars, the owner, is simply amazing. We booked a rum tasting with Lars for him as part of a bachelor party. Right from the start, we felt his incredible hospitality and passion, in our case about rum. The shop is centrally located and the opportunity to have something delivered to the shop by the Italian around the corner is simply perfect. We were here as part of a JGA. A fantastic evening with a really entertaining owner Lars. We'll definitely be back for no reason. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable!!! From whiskey to Caribbean chocolate or “powdered sugar waffle” eggnog. Plus delicious pizza from the Italian restaurant next door delivered in record time. Unique in Hamburg. Arrived at the gin tasting, finished with delicious whiskey. Lars is an excellent host, the atmosphere is very inviting, the opportunity to order food from the neighboring Italian - and therefore not to stagger out drunk - great, the music is chilling and the other guests are also a blast. Bring some time, we were there for over 6 hours and the time flew by. In summary: great tasting, great host, great location: We'll be back 👍👍👍
