Get to know imitari

My career took me to London as a visual merchandiser manager and trainer. Back in Germany, I gave creative courses at the VHS. As a nerve-tested mother of four wonderful children, I love everything about DIY, interior and decoration. The inspiration for my workshops came from a dear friend named Mary-Ann, who gave me the courage to make my dream come true. Often when I couldn't find a suitable gift or wanted to recreate the wall decoration from a magazine for the children's room, I spent nights working on my projects. Creativity is my yoga: It frees my mind, inspires me, gives me time for myself and finally fills me with pride in what I've created with my hands. Now I'm here, full of ideas and happy to offer you creative breaks in an elegant space — with a glass of prosecco in hand (for you, not for me!). I would like to share my passion for DIY and my experiences with young and old, beginners and advanced users, DIY lovers and those who want to become one (or not;))!

By the way, the name “Imitari” means “DIY” in Latin — a greeting to my Latin teacher, who accompanied me through the Little Latinum. Welcome to my classes!
