Get to know Bonnboniere
I am a passionate master pastry chef. I wanted to go to Handwek at a time when there weren't many women there yet. However, I pursued the wish for a long time and was lucky enough to learn the trade in a good pastry shop and thus also got the motivation to travel on and also trained myself in the patisserie in Munich and Pontressina.
My shop and the course room used to be a restaurant, we still have the long counter and also something cozy. We wanted an atmosphere like baking in your own kitchen, since you couldn't completely separate production and course room, a mix of both has now been created. Here you can sit comfortably and still see devices that don't exist at home. Questions are always welcome. It is not uncommon for people to get to know each other through this atmosphere and working together.
The main focus is, of course, on preparing chocolates or pastries, but I am always particularly pleased when there is a change in awareness of these foods and the work that goes into them.
