In this unique cooking class, you'll discover the art of vegan sushi preparation. After a refreshing welcome smoothie, dive into the basics of traditional Japanese technology — from perfect rice preparation to classic forms such as maki and nigiri. But our vegan approach goes far beyond avoiding fish! With high-quality fruit, vegetables, herbs and legumes from Biofrüchte Hahn, we create innovative, seasonal sushi combinations. Depending on the season, we refine our creations with fresh forest and meadow herbs. So that you can also enjoy your homemade sushi creations at home, we recommend bringing a food storage container — because there is usually enough left over! All drinks are included in the course.
