What you’ll do in the class

After a champagne reception and greetings from the Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro star kitchen, you will go on an exciting journey through modern asparagus cuisine together with our kitchen professionals.

Using various recipes and their complexity and technical challenges, you will learn the necessary skills and skills on the topics described and the ability to cook delicious asparagus dishes at home.

After finishing and serving, we enjoy the menu together in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, we provide suitable drinks so that no one goes home hungry.

The following dishes await you

  • Starter: Green pepper, strawberry, white and green asparagus salad with pretzel crumble and horseradish
  • Intermediate course: frothy asparagus soup with tarragon oil and crostinis
  • Main course: Cooked asparagus with hollandaise made from cream espuma, with new potatoes and a vegetarian highlight
  • Dessert: Braised rhubarb with rharbarb granité, vanilla espuma and poppy seed chip
