Dive into the sweet world of making chocolates!

In this course, you will learn how to make the finest chocolates easily and without special equipment. From free-form truffles to velvety ganache fillings, you'll master all the techniques to create delicious chocolate bars and chocolates.

Enjoy high-quality Belgian chocolate coating and take home around 40 homemade chocolates worth 48€. Just bring suitable boxes to safely transport your treasures!

 

Please bring the following to the course:

  • Small midday snack — if you want
  • 1 small towel
  • 2 tea towels
  • Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
  • If you have long hair, please use a headband
  • Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
  • On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
  • Jacket due to low room temperature
