About this class
What you’ll do in the class
After a warm welcome with a welcome drink, you will receive a brief introduction to the basics of French patisserie. Then it's straight to work:
You prepare the macaron mass in three colors, make two different ganaches and decorate your small works of art with attention to detail. Finally, all creations are tasted together and packaged for the way home.
Whether you're a beginner or a baking enthusiast, our team will guide you individually and ensure that you learn with pleasure and safety.

After the course, you will not only take home your homemade macarons, but also the knowledge and confidence to make them perfect again and again. Our goal is to inspire you to develop your creativity and deepen your passion for baking.
