Smell the scent of freshly baked macarons, marvel at the shiny glaze of an éclair and create it all yourself? At Studio32 Berlin, French patisserie becomes an experience for all senses. Learn how to play with color, texture and taste and bake small works of art that inspire.

The art of macarons

In this course, you'll learn step by step how to make perfect macarons in four colors and refine them with two delicious fillings.

Our experienced pâtisserie experts will show you everything from how to make almond meringue to the ideal consistency of the filling and the right color scheme. The result is small, edible masterpieces that not only taste heavenly but also look beautiful.

Éclairs — classic, light and irresistible

In addition to macarons, we also produce fine éclairs with two different fillings. You'll learn how to stir, shape and bake the perfect choux pastry until golden brown. Then fill the éclairs with creamy classics from French patisserie, elegant, fine and simply delicious.

What you’ll do in the class

After a warm welcome with a welcome drink, you will receive a brief introduction to the basics of French patisserie. Then it's straight to work.

You prepare the macaron mass in four colors, make two different fillings and decorate your small works of art with attention to detail. You will then learn how to bake, fill and decorate perfect éclairs.

Finally, all creations are tasted together and packaged for the way home. Whether you're a beginner or a baking enthusiast, our team will guide you individually and ensure that you learn with pleasure and safety.
