Then our pasta cooking class is just the right thing for you: We will prepare tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle and other classic Italian pasta and combine them with delicious sauces, starters and desserts.

  • Pasta courses: colorful farfalle with pesto, tagliolini with tomato sauce, tortellini with butter

What you’ll do in the class

The course starts with a welcome drink while you get to know our Studio32. This is followed by an introduction to ingredients, dough preparation and equipment. Then it's almost ready to go:

  • Make fresh pasta dough by hand
  • Filling and forming tortellini, ravioli and tagliolini
  • Preparation of suitable sauces for every pasta
  • Creative refinements to the dishes
  • Dessert: Crema Catalana on berry mirror

All steps are explained in a practical way. You'll get professional tips on dough consistency, fillings, cooking times and presentation. After cooking, we enjoy the prepared dishes together in a relaxed atmosphere.

We loved the course. The instructors were very nice, motivating, explained all steps well and picked each of the participants up where they were with their level of knowledge. We enjoyed the prepared food very much and we also learned a few tricks and tricks that you won't find in any cookbook. I would like to comment on two more things for another course: - Give each “group” the ingredients for filling and shaping noodles to their workplace so that everyone can get to everything easily and -Cover the pasta dough when it is hot so that it does not dry out so quickly.

A very good guided tour of the pasta course by Gesine. We felt very comfortable. It was a pity that, despite the reference to boxes, you were not asked if you wanted to take anything with you. It felt like there was something left over.
