Have you always wanted to know how to make the perfect pasta dough at home and how to fill, shape and serve delicious dough sheets? Then our pasta cooking class is just the right thing for you: We will prepare tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle and other classic Italian pasta and combine them with delicious sauces, starters and desserts.

What you’ll do in the class
The course starts with a welcome drink while you get to know our Studio32. This is followed by an introduction to ingredients, dough preparation and equipment. Then it's almost ready to go:
- Make fresh pasta dough by hand
- Filling and forming tortellini, ravioli and tagliolini
- Preparation of suitable sauces for every pasta
- Creative refinements to the dishes
- Dessert: Crema Catalana on berry mirror
All steps are explained in a practical way. You'll get professional tips on dough consistency, fillings, cooking times and presentation. After cooking, we enjoy the prepared dishes together in a relaxed atmosphere.
