  • We'll take a short trip into the history of lactic acid fermentation.
  • What are the benefits of fermented foods on our gut health?
  • You will learn the most important techniques of fermentation.
  • What happens in the glass during fermentation? Insight into manufacturing and storage.
  • No more fear of exploding glasses, mold, etc.
  • You will find out which fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc. are suitable for fermentation.
  • Fermentation of various vegetables, including cauliflower or broccoli
