About this class
Ramen is literally on everyone's lips. In a fine broth filled with meat, vegetables or tofu, they make a wonderfully balanced, healthy and delicious meal. Unfortunately, Japanese ramen noodles are among the dishes that hardly anyone cooks themselves.
In our online cooking class, I'll show you that it's not only possible to make delicious ramen noodles yourself, but also pretty easy with the right know-how. With me, you will cook delicious ramen with the typical look, taste and bite just like in a Japanese restaurant. So you'll never need a finished product from the Asia supermarket again!
What you’ll do in the class
In this class, we will cook:
The popular Japanese ramen soup. This includes:
- Of course the homemade noodles
- an authentic Japanese broth (vegetable or beef broth)
- How do you season the soup like your favorite Japanese
- The perfect soup addition: whether spicy teriyaki chicken or tofu cubes
Season as hot as you like and add other ingredients to the ramen broth as you like. From eggs and tofu to spring onions and pak choi, there is hardly any limit to the possible combinations.
