About this class
Easter is just around the corner — and what would the celebration be without a very special cake?
This year too, it's hard to believe, Easter is approaching again — and I've designed a super sweet Easter cake that not only tastes delicious, but is also a real visual highlight!
Before the course starts, you can choose one of three delicious cake bases, which you can bake at home in advance using a recipe. Whether juicy, chocolaty or nutty — the choice is yours!
There are also two delicious variants of the filling:
either a fruity-fresh sour cream with berries or a warming apple and cinnamon filling — perfect for the first days of spring.
In the course itself, we prepare the filling and a fine butter cream together. We then assemble the cake step by step — with great attention to detail.
And then it gets creative: We use marzipan or fondant to create small decorative elements such as doors, windows, bunnies and fences. The beet leaves are made from butter cream and white chocolate — simply magical!

What you’ll do in the class
You get the recipe in advance and pre-bake the bases. In the course, we make everything else and put the cake together and decorate it.
The recipe says exactly how you bake the cake base.
Who is the class suitable for?
