Class description

Oh how delicious! When I saw a picture of the round, leafy treats, I absolutely had to try them out and make some myself.
So Kati went into her kitchen and made a yeast dough. And the yeast dough was used to make a crock dough (dough incorporated with butter, I'll explain in detail in the course)
and this delicious, round dough was used to create this delicious, round something.
These rolls are basically round croissants, very rich, with a filling and a topping.
Before the course, you can make the yeast dough yourself and let it cool for at least 1 hour. In the course, we turn the butter into the dough so that the many layers are created and make the fillings from chocolate, cream and flavors of your choice. In the recipe, I'll go into more detail about the fillings.
I was so impressed by the crispy outside and the fluffy creamy inside.
Will it be you too? Just try it out:)

What is the process of the online baking course: New York Roll?

The exact recipe will be sent to you by email in advance. We then meet via Zoom to bake, decorate and create together.
To participate, you need the software/app Zoom and a free account there. Zoom is a virtual space that anyone who has a laptop/tablet/mobile phone and of course an Internet connection can enter. As well as the associated link with password.
With the link and password, I can serve. You can take care of everything else.
