In our sewing course “Shorten pants made easy” in Nuremberg, you will learn what is important when shortening your pants.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we show you various techniques for shortening and you can implement them directly on your own pants. You'll be comfortable using the sewing machine and get valuable tips for perfect seams and clean hems — a practical DIY experience that makes you independent of the tailor!
What you’ll do in the class
After the welcome and presentation, you will be presented with the theoretical knowledge and variants of shortening pants.
If necessary, the basics of the sewing machine will be taught - you will learn how to use the sewing machine for specific seams and how to process the material.
In the group, we look at the individual trouser hems of the pants you have brought along and decide individually which shortening technique can be used and you apply it to your pants.
