In a motivated group, you will learn how to run healthily and economically step by step. The training starts with an alternation of walk-run intervals and increases systematically over 10 weeks until you can run at a moderate pace for half an hour at a time. Your cardiovascular system is strengthened, your endurance stabilized and you enjoy running regularly.
