The training starts with walk-run intervals, which are systematically extended over the weeks until you can finally run at a moderate pace for 30 minutes in a row. Your cardiovascular system and endurance are strengthened and stabilized. The course starts with around 10 minutes of warm-up and concludes with stretching exercises to optimally support your body.
