Everything about wild plants and wild herbs
As a herbal educator, Celia Nentwig would like to take us on the little adventure of understanding, loving and experiencing our native plant world in its richness and diversity.
Join us on a hike through nature, get to know the first plants with all your senses and their uses in the kitchen. This is where we collect our “wild herbs”, which we transform into a varied and delicious wild herb menu in the “Abenteuer Küche”. Enjoying and tasting the small delicacies together rounds off the day!
Depending on the season, wild plants, seeds and fruits are used to create special dishes such as “Wild Frankfurther Green Sauce”, flower butter, couscous salad with wild herbs, meadow soup, giersch quiche, “Eifel caviar” made from nettle seeds, fruit salad with Gundermann cream and much more. It is always an experience to let the different, wild tastes melt in your mouth.
