Korean, vegan, fermented — in this cooking class, we take you into the world of Korean temple cuisine: full of umami, mindfulness and tradition. Together, we cook a plant-based soul food menu inspired by Buddhist monks — completely without garlic, but with depth, ferments and lots of flavor.
